The City of Eureka is applying for grant funding (CA State Parks Statewide Park Program, Prop 4) to upgrade Cooper Gulch Park and wants public input. In-person meeting Saturday, October 24 at 11 AM at Cooper Gulch Park (meet at the main parking lot; free ice cream provided).
